By using sibylm.com or purchasing from sibylm, you agree to these Terms of Service. sibylm operates this store and website to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the site.

Products & Orders

We work to display products, colors and sizes accurately, but slight variation between screens and photography is possible. Your order is an offer to buy; we accept it when we send the shipping confirmation. In the rare case of a pricing or availability error, we will contact you before charging or shipping.

Pricing, Shipping & Tax

All prices are in US dollars and are tax free. Shipping is free to United States addresses only; we do not ship internationally. See our Shipping Policy for delivery times.

Returns & Warranty

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery as described in our Returns & Refunds policy. Beyond that window, products carry no additional warranty beyond what applies automatically under US law.

Acceptable Use

Limitation of Liability

Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in South Carolina. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
