Shipping Policy

Free Shipping, Always

Every order from sibylm ships free to any address in the United States. There is no minimum order, no code to enter and no fine print. Free shipping is our standing policy, not a promotion.

Where We Ship

We ship to United States addresses only, including all 50 states, PO boxes via standard carriers, and US territories served by domestic carriers. We do not ship internationally, and we do not offer expedited international options. Orders with addresses outside the United States cannot be processed.

Handling & Delivery Time

• Handling: orders are prepared and packed within 1–2 business days (business days are Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays).
• Transit: delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after your order leaves our facility, depending on your distance from our South Carolina shipping point.
• Total: most customers receive their order within 4–9 business days of placing it.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed automatically the moment your order ships. If a tracking number has not arrived within 3 business days of your order, check your spam folder, then contact us and we will track it down.

How Your Tree Travels

Artificial trees ship carefully packed to protect branches and foliage. On arrival, branches may need a few minutes of shaping after their journey; our care guide walks you through it.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged, or has not arrived within 10 business days, contact us within 48 hours of the delivery scan (or of the expected date) at support@sibylm.com or +1(818) 739-0888 with your order number and a photo of any damage. We will replace or refund, no hoops.

Payment & Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on every order. Choose COD at checkout and pay the courier in cash when your tree arrives — no prepayment, no card needed. Prefer to pay online? All major cards and wallets are accepted through Shopify's secure checkout.

Taxes

Prices on sibylm.com are tax free. No sales tax is added at checkout.
